Before laying the foundations of her company, Tammie charted a remarkable 20-year career in the financial sector, specializing in automotive financing. Her roles have been diverse and impactful, ranging from Regional Sales Director to Vice President of Business Controls and Risk Management to Director of Strategic Partners. Her real estate tenure is equally impressive, spanning two decades and decorated with accolades, underscoring her expertise in property markets and client advocacy.

Tammie’s mission is to inspire and encourage women and girls to ascend to new heights in traditionally male-dominated fields. Her presence in the construction sector catalyzes change, fostering an environment where diversity is welcomed and celebrated.

She is a cum laude graduate of Christian Brothers University and a graduate of Louisiana State University, where she earned her MBA in Project Management with distinction.
